More technology.

More meetings.

More strategy.

More complexity.

But sometimes the next level isn't bigger.

It's simpler.

Complexity can hide the real problem.

A useful question is:

“What are we actually trying to accomplish?”

Before making something bigger, ask what would make it simpler.

Simplicity requires understanding. It removes what isn't necessary while protecting what matters.

The next idea may solve the problem.

Or it may add another layer around it.
