Meaning.

A body of work.

A leader can achieve impressive results and still wonder what it was all for.

That question is not a sign of failure.

It may be a sign that the next level of leadership requires a deeper definition of success.

What are you actually building?

Not only what are you selling.

Not only what are you scaling.

But what becomes possible because you are doing this work?

Who becomes more capable?

What changes?

What continues without you?

What remains after the immediate result?

The question moves leadership from achievement toward contribution.
