For over a decade I have been sitting with leaders — in boardrooms, in schools, in companies, and in one-on-one sessions — helping them see what they could not see themselves. Not because I have all the answers. Because I know how to read the map.
The tool I use is a precise analytical system based on date of birth — developed over 30 years by Nam Hari Kaur Khalsa and brought into the world of leadership by me. I was personally appointed to carry this work forward and am one of a small number of practitioners authorised to teach and certify in it. The results are specific, consistent and — for most leaders — immediately recognisable.
I am based in Hoofddorp, Netherlands. I work internationally. I speak Dutch and English. And I will not tell you what you want to hear — I will help you see what is actually there.
