By purchasing any product or service through this website, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Product

We offer one product:

The Conscious Leadership Report — €497

This includes:

  1. The Conscious Leadership Report — a personalized digital leadership report, calculated from your date of birth using the Akara Numerology system. Delivered as a downloadable PDF document.
  2. The Leadership Timing Calendar — a personalized calendar delivered as a downloadable .ics file compatible with standard calendar applications.
  3. The Leadership Architecture Deep-Dive — a one-hour, one-on-one online session with Sat Kirtan Kaur Khalsa to work through your report and translate it into your real-world leadership context. Conducted via video call.

3. Orders and Payment

The price is stated in euros (EUR) and is exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase is completed.

4. Delivery

The Report and Calendar (digital products):
The Conscious Leadership Report and Leadership Timing Calendar are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout, within 24 hours of payment confirmation. In practice, delivery is typically immediate.

The Deep-Dive session:
After payment, you will receive a booking link to schedule your Deep-Dive session at a time that suits you. Sessions are conducted online via video call. The booking link remains valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If you have not received your report or booking link within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at info@becomeaconsciousleader.com before requesting a refund, as delivery issues can usually be resolved quickly.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of the transaction, without giving a reason.

Because this product combines digital content (the report and calendar) with a service (the Deep-Dive session), the following applies:

Digital content (report and calendar):
By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the report and calendar and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal with respect to this digital content expires upon its delivery. This is in accordance with Article 6:230p under g of the Dutch Civil Code.

The Deep-Dive session:
Your right of withdrawal with respect to the session expires once the session has been fully performed, provided this took place with your prior express consent. If you withdraw within 14 days of purchase and the session has not yet taken place, you will be refunded the portion of the price attributable to the session.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "Withdraw from contract here" button available on our website, or contact us at info@becomeaconsciousleader.com. Refunds under this section are processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

6. Our Satisfaction Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following guarantee:

If you read your Conscious Leadership Report and feel that it could have been written for anyone — that it does not speak to you specifically — tell us within seven days of delivery and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Email info@becomeaconsciousleader.com within seven (7) days of receiving your report
  • Include your order reference number and a brief explanation of why you feel the report is not personalized

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Limitations:

  • This guarantee applies as long as your Deep-Dive session has not yet taken place. Once the session has been conducted, this guarantee no longer applies (your statutory rights are unaffected)
  • This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer

7. Session Recording

Your Deep-Dive session may be recorded. The recording is made for your personal use only and will be shared with you after the session.

By booking your session, you consent to the session being recorded and the recording being shared with you.

Recordings are not shared with third parties and are not used for promotional purposes without your separate, explicit written consent.

Recordings are stored securely for a period of 30 days following the session, after which they are permanently deleted, unless you request otherwise.

8. Personal Use Only

All products — the report, the calendar, the session recording, and any supporting materials — are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, or reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Sat Kirtan Kaur Khalsa.

9. Nature of the Service

The Conscious Leadership Report is based on the Akara Numerology system, a calculation method that derives a leadership profile from your date of birth. The report is intended for personal reflection, self-awareness, and leadership development purposes.

The report, the Leadership Timing Calendar, and the Deep-Dive session are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a health or personal crisis, please seek appropriate professional support.

Time cycles described in the report indicate a season of likelihood — they are not predictions of fixed outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on becomeaconsciousleader.com — including the report format, the calendar format, the website copy, the session materials, and the 5Cs™ Spiral of Consciousness framework — is the intellectual property of Sat Kirtan Kaur Khalsa unless otherwise stated.

Any names, works, or materials of third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Liability

We take care to deliver accurate, personalized content. However, the Conscious Leadership Report, Leadership Timing Calendar, and Deep-Dive session are offered in good faith for personal development purposes only, and you remain fully responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions.

Sat Kirtan Kaur Khalsa shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Any decisions you make based on the content provided
  • Any loss of data, revenue, or profit

Limitation of Liability:

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our products and services is limited to the total amount you paid for the product.

Important: This limitation does not apply to:

  • Liability arising from intent or gross negligence
  • Liability for death or personal injury
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Dutch law

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at becomeaconsciousleader.com/privacy. By purchasing from us, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described there.

Your date of birth is used solely for the purpose of calculating your Conscious Leadership Report and Leadership Timing Calendar. It is not shared with third parties, except with the service providers necessary to generate and deliver your report, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or service, please contact us first at info@becomeaconsciousleader.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to resolve any issue within 14 days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may contact the Dutch Consumer Authority (Autoriteit Consument & Markt) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.

For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavor to notify you by email or by a notice on our website.
