This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / AVG).
2. What Data We Collect and Why
When you purchase the Conscious Leadership Report (€497):

Payment details are processed directly by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
After your purchase, we send service-related emails through our domain email server (SMTP), including delivery of your report, calendar, booking information, and other order communications. If we contact you about our own similar products or services, we do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in informing existing customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 11.7(3) of the Dutch Telecommunications Act). You can ask us to stop these messages at any time by emailing info@becomeaconsciousleader.com. Opting out has no effect on your purchase or your access to support.
When you book your Deep-Dive session:

We do not collect more data than we need, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us deliver our products, and only to the extent necessary:
- Stripe — payment processing
- TidyCal — session booking
- Our domain email server (SMTP) — sending transactional and service emails, including order confirmations, report delivery, account verification, password reset, and related customer communications from becomeaconsciousleader.com
- Our website hosting provider — operating the website and application
- Our report generation service — your date of birth (and the chart data derived from it) is processed by an automated text-generation service to compose the written text of your report
Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and is bound by data processing agreements where applicable. Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers take place on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
When you use the contact form, your message is sent securely from our website to our team via our email server so we can respond to your enquiry.
Your report itself — the finished document — is not shared with anyone but you.
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Order and invoice data: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law
- Your date of birth and generated report: for as long as needed to deliver the product and handle any guarantee or support requests; you may request deletion at any time after delivery
- Session recordings: 30 days after the session, then permanently deleted, unless you request otherwise
- Email list data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years, so we can refer back to earlier correspondence
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify data that is incorrect or incomplete
- Eraseyour data ("right to be forgotten"), where no legal retention obligation applies
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a common machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent (this does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal)
To exercise any of these rights, email info@becomeaconsciousleader.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
6. Cookies
Our website uses functional cookies necessary for the site to work (for example, remembering your language choice and enabling checkout). Where we use analytics or marketing cookies, we ask for your consent first via a cookie banner, and you can change your preferences at any time.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe over encrypted connections. Access to customer data is limited to what is necessary to run the business.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
8. Children
Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you by email or by a notice on our website.
