We often associate courage with action.
Say it. Decide. Challenge. Move.
But sometimes courage looks like not doing any of those things yet.
Every experienced leader develops methods that work.
The danger is assuming that because the method worked before, it must work now.
When forcing stops working, listen.
The situation may be telling you:
Not this way.
Not yet.
Something else is needed.
Listening is not passivity.
It is information gathering.
A conscious leader does not automatically turn intuition into truth.
They notice.
They investigate.
They ask.
They distinguish between what belongs to them and what belongs to the environment.
There is courage in being willing to hear information that changes your plan.
