Some people notice what is obvious.
Others notice what is underneath.
The second kind of seeing can be uncomfortable.
Because once you see the pattern, it becomes difficult to pretend it isn't there.
Seeing is not enough
Insight becomes leadership when it leaves your head.
An observation kept privately is potential.
An observation shared at the right moment becomes contribution.
That does not mean announcing every thought.
It means recognising when something you see could change the quality of a decision.
You do not need the full answer to say:
“I think we're looking at the wrong question.”
That sentence can change a room.
Leadership is not always about providing answers.
Sometimes it is about helping people see differently.
Reflection
What are you seeing that could help the conversation — if you were willing to share it before it was perfectly formed?
