It is easy to build something that works when everything is working.

Resilience is not simply endurance.
It is understanding what breaks under pressure and building structures that can survive difficult conditions.
The goal isn't to become someone who can tolerate anything.
It is to become someone who knows:
“What needs to be strong before the pressure arrives?”
That belongs in leadership strategy just as much as financial planning or risk management.
