Not every season is for expansion.
Not every month is for launching.
Not every problem needs action.
Not every ending needs to be rescued.
Leadership has timing.
Sometimes the answer is act.
Sometimes close.
Sometimes reflect.
Sometimes communicate.
Sometimes rest.
Sometimes begin.
The useful question is not:
“What should I be doing all the time?”
It is:
“What is this season asking of me?”
Timing is not passivity.
It is recognising the nature of the moment.
A conscious leader learns to distinguish what needs action now from what needs space, restoration, reflection or closure.
