Ambition is not the problem.
Wanting to create something meaningful is not the problem.
Wanting to make an impact is not the problem.
The problem begins when ambition becomes a war against the person carrying it.
There is another kind of ambition:
I want to build something meaningful.
I want to contribute.
I want to grow.
I want to make an impact.
And I don't need to destroy myself to do it.
Limits contain information.
A limit may tell you that the strategy needs changing, a resource needs replenishing, something needs delegating or the ambition itself needs refining.
A conscious leader doesn't worship either ambition or limitation.
They listen to both.
Reflection
What would change if you treated your limits as information rather than obstacles?
